Circulation routes were carefully planned to separate client areas, administrative functions, and deal-closure spaces—ensuring privacy, minimizing cross-traffic, and enhancing the overall efficiency and clarity of movement throughout the space.

Step 3: Design 

The space was defined by strategic pops of brand color, transparent glass partitions, and soft ambient lighting—creating a vibrant yet cohesive environment that reinforces identity, enhances openness, and promotes visual comfort.
